Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and wage adjustments
- Generate payroll reports and reconcile accounts monthly
- Collaborate with HR on benefits enrollment and terminations
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records
- Support year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and multi-state tax laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
