Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for 3 business units
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze key performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and strategic initiatives
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence and market analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into clear narratives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
