Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycle for 200+ healthcare clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and insurance claim denials
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Generate monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards
- Train junior staff on billing software and procedures
- Collaborate with collections team on overdue accounts
- Optimize billing workflows using Epic and NextGen systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in Oklahoma
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume accounts with 99% accuracy
