Responsibilities
- Process and submit insurance claims with 99% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Generate monthly invoices and reconcile payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify coding and documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Utilize Epic and Meditech EMR systems for billing operations
- Provide monthly billing reports to finance leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Proficiency in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes
- Experience with Epic and Meditech EMR systems
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
