Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and NextGen billing systems
- Expert knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding standards
- Strong analytical skills for denials management
- Exceptional communication for patient/provider interactions
- Ability to meet 30+ daily claim submission targets
