- Conduct monthly reconciliations for third-party payers
- Train staff on billing software updates and compliance changes
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a clinic/hospital setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in Epic, NextGen, or Athenahealth billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
- Proven success reducing claim denial rates by 15%+
