- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies through meticulous research and client communication
- Optimize revenue cycle workflows by identifying process improvements
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and industry billing regulations
- Collaborate with insurance providers and patients to resolve billing inquiries

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and claim submission
- Advanced proficiency in Epic, Medisoft, or similar billing platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
