Responsibilities
- Process and submit clean claims to insurance payers with 95%+ accuracy
- Investigate and resolve claim denials within 30-day SLA
- Conduct patient billing inquiries with exceptional service focus
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports daily using Epic EMR
- Ensure HIPAA/FWA compliance across all billing activities
- Collaborate with clinical teams on charge capture optimization
- Generate monthly AR aging reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience with commercial insurance
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) preferred
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding guidelines
- Proficient in Epic Resolute and Denial Management tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in high-volume setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
