Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 200+ healthcare providers
- Analyze and resolve complex insurance claim denials
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports monthly
- Collaborate with coding teams for accurate charge entry
- Implement process improvements to reduce AR days
- Train junior staff on billing protocols
- Ensure HIPAA and CMS compliance in all operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or CPC credential
- Expertise in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
