Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and currency exchanges with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote and cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, accounts)
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or banking experience with cash handling
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a customer service environment
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation CC, BSA compliance)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including weekends
