Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions including wire transfers, international payments, and merchant services
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Lead branch operations during peak hours, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Train and mentor junior tellers on compliance protocols and customer engagement techniques
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and investment services
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain strict adherence to federal banking regulations and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail banking with proven cash handling expertise
- Advanced knowledge of FINRA regulations and anti-money laundering procedures
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and client satisfaction metrics
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, FIS) and digital platforms
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business (Bachelor's preferred)

- Valid Louisiana Notary Public certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
