Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for leadership review
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records using SAP and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Process payroll for 50+ employees with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SAP and QuickBooks certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting tight financial deadlines
- Exceptional analytical skills with forensic attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential financial data with absolute discretion
