Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis and ratio calculations for corporate clients
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and risk assessment reports
- Collaborate with investment bankers to structure loan agreements
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify early warning indicators
- Develop predictive models for default probability scoring
- Present findings to credit committee members and senior executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Expertise in cash flow analysis and industry-specific risk metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- CFP, CFA, or FRM certification highly desirable
- Proven track record in managing $50M+ credit portfolios
