Responsibilities
- Process routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer records and adhere to security protocols
- Assist with new account openings and documentation verification
- Contribute to branch operational goals and customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
