Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and addressing concerns
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs
- Maintain security protocols for cash handling and confidential information
- Balance daily transactions and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
- Support branch operations by assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
