Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining cash drawer compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized financial consultations
- Identify and cross-sell bank products (loans, credit cards, investments)
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain strict adherence to banking regulations and security protocols
- Support branch operations through ATM maintenance and record-keeping
- Collaborate with wealth management team for complex client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in banking/financial services
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Associates degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- Tennessee Notary Public certification preferred
