Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Open new accounts and assist clients with basic banking products/services
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch managers
- Balance cash drawer and maintain compliance with security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (e.g., BSA, Reg CC)
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office suite
