Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build deep client relationships through personalized financial solutions and cross-selling of banking products
- Lead branch operations including cash management, ATM reconciliation, and audit compliance
- Mentor junior tellers on service standards and regulatory procedures
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalate issues to branch management
- Conduct account openings and assist with loan application documentation
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews and improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail banking experience with proven cash handling expertise
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, BSA)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
