Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for premium banking products through needs-based consultations
- Resolve complex account discrepancies and escalated customer issues with exceptional diplomacy
- Train junior tellers on new systems and regulatory updates including BSA/AML procedures
- Conduct comprehensive cash vault reconciliations and branch audits
- Support community outreach initiatives through local financial literacy workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in regulated financial institutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets for deposit and loan products
- Proficiency in core banking systems (Fiserv, Jack Henry, or equivalent)
- Series 6 or 63 securities license preferred
- BA in Finance/Business or equivalent professional certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to multitask during peak hours
- Spanish language proficiency highly valued for diverse clientele
