Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed expectations.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to achieve sales targets.
- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile transaction records.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security policies and compliance regulations.
- Assist with account maintenance, check cashing, and loan payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic banking software.
- Clean criminal background check required.
