Our tellers are the face of our bank, trusted with over $50M in daily transactions while building lasting client relationships. This premium role includes performance bonuses and specialized training in wealth management products.
Responsibilities
- Execute 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers
- Cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, investment accounts) to meet $15K monthly targets
- Resolve complex customer disputes and escalated issues with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with FINRA regulations and bank security protocols
- Train junior tellers on new systems and customer engagement techniques
- Process night vault deposits and end-of-day reconciliation
- Support branch manager with quarterly audits and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume teller experience in regulated banking environment
- Proven track record exceeding sales targets (minimum $10K/month)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced proficiency in banking software (Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional cash handling skills with zero discrepancies
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly valued
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
