Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Develop deep client relationships through personalized financial consultations and product cross-selling
- Lead branch operations during peak hours, including ATM reconciliation and vault management
- Mentor junior tellers on complex procedures and customer service excellence
- Implement fraud prevention strategies using advanced detection tools
- Coordinate with commercial banking team on high-net-worth client referrals
- Drive digital adoption through seamless online/mobile banking support
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume teller experience in premium banking environments
- Proven track record in cash handling with zero discrepancies
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of AML/BSA regulations and compliance procedures
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for high-stakes client situations
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese highly valued
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Associate's degree in Finance or related field required
