Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and digital banking tools
- Cross-sell bank products including credit cards, loans, and investment options
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (BSA/AML, Reg CC)
- Maintain secure cash drawer and daily reconciliation records
- Train junior tellers on new procedures and technology platforms
- Partner with branch manager to implement service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- USTA notary public license required
