Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and currency exchanges
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Train and mentor junior tellers on operational procedures
- Contribute to branch performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial services environment
- Proven ability to navigate complex banking software and systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with diverse clientele
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin highly valued
- San Francisco residency required
