Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Open and manage high-volume checking/savings accounts while adhering to strict compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding balances, fees, and digital banking platforms
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, loans, and investment products
- Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile discrepancies within established timeframes
- Train new tellers on operational procedures and customer service standards
- Collaborate with branch managers to improve customer experience metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services or retail
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles
- Proficiency with core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 license preferred (training provided if needed)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex customer scenarios
- Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for transaction errors
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and occasional evenings
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean background check required
