Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining cash drawer compliance
- Deliver personalized financial guidance to 50+ daily customers
- Resolve account inquiries using FIS banking software
- Actively cross-sell 3+ products/services per month
- Train junior tellers on new procedures and compliance updates
- Support branch manager with vault reconciliation and audits
- Participate in community outreach events
Qualifications
- 2+ years cash handling experience in financial services
- FINRA Series 6 or 63 certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of Reg E, Reg CC, and BSA/AML protocols
- Proven ability to upsell financial products
- Advanced proficiency in FIS, Jack Henry, or similar platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Virginia notary public license (or willing to obtain)
