Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate before payment.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including data entry, approval routing, and check processing.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including accruals and adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records in the ERP system.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or General Ledger accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and internal control procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
