Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Assist in quarterly audits and tax documentation processes
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Support month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Process payroll for 50+ employees with tax withholdings
- Conduct internal control testing and compliance checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (3.0+ GPA preferred)
- 1-2 years internship or entry-level accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to prioritize tasks in deadline-driven environments
