Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Analyze complex financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/reconciliation and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead cross-departmental financial audits and controls
- Develop and optimize financial forecasting models
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong audit and internal control implementation skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial operations
- Texas CPA license required
- Experience in financial services or tech industry
