Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely payment processing
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reporting and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
