Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, large-scale AI models targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning to achieve AGI benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of ethicists, security experts, and product managers to ensure responsible AI development.
- Optimize model performance for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency on distributed computing clusters.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at leading global AI conferences.
- Debug complex neural network architectures and drive the iteration cycle for model training pipelines.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in developing state-of-the-art deep learning models, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, optimization algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
