Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on Generative AI and Multimodal models.
- Define and communicate the technical vision for the AI roadmap leading up to 2026.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, etc.) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions across the organization.
