- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features and user interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for future AI evolution.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices in all model development processes.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Machine Learning frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI architectures.
