Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting 10x growth in data processing.
- Model Strategy: Lead the selection and fine-tuning of foundation models for specific 2026 use cases, optimizing for latency and cost.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and security.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical trajectory for our AI products, anticipating future trends in autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Machine Learning or AI Systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Agentic AI: Deep understanding of autonomous agents, Reinforcement Learning, and Multi-modal AI.
