Job Description
Architecting the Future of Intelligence
Join Nexus Horizon, a cutting-edge research lab at the forefront of the Agentic AI revolution. As we look toward 2026, we are seeking a visionary Senior Agentic AI Architect to design and deploy autonomous systems that redefine human-machine interaction. You won't just build models; you will build intelligent agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks independently.
Why Nexus Horizon?
We are backed by top-tier VC firms and are building the infrastructure for the next generation of software. Our mission is to bridge the gap between Generative AI and deterministic autonomous action. If you are passionate about the future of AI and want to leave a mark on the industry, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures using Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent frameworks.
- Lead the research and development of autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and tool use.
- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time agent interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, specifically focusing on 2026 trends in AI safety and alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Demonstrated ability to architect systems that handle high concurrency and complex state management.
What We Offer
Competitive salary, equity, and a flexible remote-first culture. We provide the tools you need to innovate without limits.
