Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for our AI division, specifically targeting breakthroughs for the 2026 timeframe.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for stakeholders and customers.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Software Engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI or machine learning products in a competitive market.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and Generative AI architectures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
