- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in deep learning and large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision (depending on specific vertical focus).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
