Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models focused on 2026-era predictive analytics.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers to ensure best practices in code quality and model deployment.
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to integrate hybrid algorithms into our core infrastructure.
- Establish and enforce strict governance protocols for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks and edge computing environments.
