Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI and Machine Learning architectures for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains state-of-the-art.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high standards of code quality.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
