Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor invoices, reconciliations, and payment cycles
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with procurement teams
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead month-end closing activities and AP reporting
- Train junior staff on AP best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- SOX compliance and internal control knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting preferred
- AP certification (CAPP) a plus
