Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Process and record journal entries for complex financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute critical financial reports to leadership team
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or off-hours work
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Arizona driver's license required for occasional off-site duties
