Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes for 500+ vendors
- Process high-volume invoices, expense reports, and payment runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize payment workflows to reduce processing time by 20%
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury on payment strategies
- Implement and maintain internal controls for AP operations
- Analyze AP data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Mentor junior AP staff on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Expertise in 3-way matching and SOX compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Asana)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines
