Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume vendor invoices (200+ daily) with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage 3-way matching for POs, receipts, and invoices in SAP/Oracle systems
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain aging reports
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor payment terms optimization
- Lead month-end AP reconciliation processes
- Implement process improvements using automation tools (e.g., Coupa, Appian)
- Mentor junior AP specialists through weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven experience managing AP teams of 3+ members
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting required
