Role Overview:
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our clients. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
- Process payroll accurately and maintain employee records.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
