Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting duties including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with weekday team to maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal audit protocols
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven proficiency in Excel and accounting software systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
