Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, coding, and authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the vendor master file and maintain accurate payment schedules.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Perform regular audits of AP records to ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
