Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, coding, approval routing, and payment execution via ACH and wire.
- Perform detailed reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve complex discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, ensuring 100% audit trail integrity.
- Process and review employee expense reports, adhering to company reimbursement policies.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve payment inquiries and build strong relationships.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index/Match).
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles and internal controls.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred).
