Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Vendor reconciliation and dispute resolution with 99.7% accuracy target
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) to maximize early payment discounts
- Collaborate with global procurement teams to implement process automation initiatives
- Month-end closing support with AP accruals and financial reporting
- Manage vendor master data and compliance with SOX controls
- Lead AP process improvement projects reducing cycle time by 20%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in high-volume accounts payable role with multi-state operations
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite/SAP and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certification in Accounts Payable (AP-C) or CPA preferred
- Experience implementing AP automation tools (e.g., Tipalti, Bill.com)
