Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial records. Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure data accuracy.
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and generate financial reports.
- Assist with year-end close processes and tax preparation.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
