- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies using SAP/Oracle systems
- Manage expense reports and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Optimize AP workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and financial reporting support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation a plus
